We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the Warner Music Store. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened condition; vinyl records and CDs must remain sealed, and apparel must be unworn and unwashed.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
